ATTENTION:

• Body cords may only be used for fencing under the rules of the International Fencing Federation (FIE) or the respective national fencing federation.
• The body cord is designed exclusively for transmitting electrical signals from a fencing weapon to a fencing scoring device and must not be connected to any other devices or external power sources!
• Check the body cord and its connectors for damage or wear before use. Damaged cables must not be used further.
• Use the body cord only with designated fencing weapons and connection devices. Avoid improper handling that could lead to electric shocks or other electrical hazards.
• Repairs must only be carried out by trained personnel!
• Keep packaging materials and small parts that may come with the cord out of the reach of small children.
• Use proper winding techniques to avoid cable breakage. A common method is the “cable loop.” Avoid tight coils. Use Velcro straps to secure the wound cable.
